PERSONAL GROWTH
THE 10-MINUTE START
STOP WAITING TO FEEL READY
A NEW THINKING ERA
The page is open.
But you still haven’t begun.
Then comes the thought: “I should prepare a little more.”
Sometimes the hardest part isn’t the work. It’s facing an imperfect first try.
Make the first step so small that you can do it now.
Set a timer for 10 minutes. Choose one task. Nothing else.
Write a rough paragraph. Solve one question. Record one take.
When the timer ends, you may stop—or keep going. Either counts.
Your first attempt doesn’t need to impress anyone. It needs to exist.
