पानी पुरी  PANI PURI                              वैसे तो पानी पुरी का नाम सुनते ही सब के मुंह में पानी आ जाता है और यह लगभग सभी को पसंद आता है इसके नाम को अलग-अलग जगह पर अलग-अलग नामों से जाना जाता है जैसे गोलगप्पा ( दिल्ली , पंजाब  में ) ,पानी पुरी (उत्तर प्रदेश ) ,पानी के बताशे (उत्तरप्रदेश ) ,पुचका (बंगाल , नेपाल ,झारखण्ड , बिहार , असम ) आदि ,तो चलिए आज हम चटपटे पानी पुरी  बनाने की विधि को सीखते हैं।  📌आवश्यक सामग्री:      1)पूरी बनाने के लिए सामग्री सूजी 200  ग्राम मैदा  100  ग्राम  रिफाइंड 7 या 8  चम्मच   तलने के लिए सरसों का तेल  जरुरत के अनुसार      2 )पानी बनाने के लिए सामग्री    पानी 1 लीटर   काला नमक 2  चम्मच  या स्वादानुसार   पुदीना एक कप   आमचूर पाउडर 2 -3 चम्मच या  इमली का पेस्ट 2 -3 चम्मच   काली मिर्च आधा छोटी चम्मच  पिसा हुआ   धनिया पत्ती एक कप   भूना पिसा …

WHAT IS EIA? : EIA is an environmental impact assessment that is done before any proposed project in order to check whether it has an impact(positive or negative) on the environment or not. In 1994, the first environmental impact assessment was issued under the Environmental Protection Act (EPA) of 1986. And later in 2006, the were replaced by an updated draft.
