( सामान्य घरेलू उपचार )

                                              कई बार हमारे पास ऐसी चीजें होती हैं जो महत्वपूर्ण होती 
हैं लेकिन हम उनके 
सभी महत्वपूर्ण मूल्यों / गुणों को नहीं जानते हैं। हाँ ! ऐसा केवल एक बार नहीं बल्कि कई बार होता है। मुझे कुछ चीजों 
पर चर्चा 
करने में खुशी होती 
है, जो 
घर पर आसानी से उपलब्ध हैं, जिनका उपयोग आपकी 
दैनिक समस्या जैसे 
सिरदर्द, दाने, माइग्रेन, सूखी खांसी, सामान्य सर्दी आदि को ठीक करने के लिए किया जा सकता है।

 

(Many times we have things which are important but we don’t
know all their important values/properties. Yes! It happens not only a single
time but many times. I am very glad to discuss some things which are easily
available to you at home which can be used to cure your some daily problem like
headache, pimples, migraine, dry cough, common cold, etc.)

 

आइए आपको इस प्राकृतिक घरेलू उपचार के बारे में विस्तार से बताते हैं। (Let me tell you in detail about
this natural home remedies.)

 

1- लो ब्लड प्रेशर की समस्या
(Problem of low blood pressure) :- 

                                                                             
=> लो ब्लडप्रेशर और हार्ट की समस्या से जूझ रहे लोगों के लिए अनार का जूस पीना बहुत उपयोगी होता है।

(Having pomegranate’s juice is very
useful for people suffering from low blood pressure & heart problem.)

2- एसिडिटी और अल्सर की समस्या (Acidity & Ulcer Problem)

                                                                       
=> भोजन के बाद कुछ तुलसी के पत्ते चबाना। यह एंटासिड के रूप में काम करता है, लेकिन यह शरीर को भोजन को अवशोषित करने में मदद करता है, भाटा और अल्सर के गठन को रोकता है।  भोजन के बाद लौंग चबाने से एसिडिटी की समस्या कम होती है।

(Chewing a few
Basil leaves after meals. This is work as antacid but also it helps    the body to absorb food , prevents reflux
and the formation of ulcers.Chewing clove after meals helps to reduce acidity
problem.)

3- उच्च रक्तचाप, उच्च कोलेस्ट्रॉल, कोरोनरी हृदय रोग, दिल का दौरा औरधमनियों का सख्त होनामें समस्या (Problem in high blood pressure, high cholesterol, coronary heart
disease, heart attack, and “hardening of the arteries):-

                                                                  
=>रोजाना खाली पेट पानी के साथ निगलने वाली लहसुन की दो परतें बहुत मददगार होंगी। लहसुन को प्रतिरक्षा बढ़ाने वाला माना जाता है और यह कुछ बैक्टीरिया, जॉक खुजली और खमीर संक्रमण को मारने में प्रभावी हो सकता है। 

(Two flake of garlic swallowed with water taken empty stomach
daily will be very helpful. Garlic is considered immune boosting and may be
effective in killing certain bacteria, jock itch and yeast infections.)

 

4-सूखी खांसी का उपाय (Dry Cough Remedy):-

                                                                          =>कम
गर्मी पर पच्चीस मिनट
के लिए 1/2 लीटर दूध में छह खजूर उबालें।
एक दिन में तीन बार एक कप पिएं।

 (Boil six dates in 1/2 liter of milk
for twenty five minutes over low heat. Drink a cup three times in a day.)

 

5- सामान्य जुकाम, खांसी और गले में खराश (Common Cold, Cough and Sore Throat):-

                                                         
=>
अदरक के रस में बराबर मात्रा में दो चम्मच शहद मिलाएं। यह मिश्रण बलगम को बाहर निकालने में मदद करता है और सामान्य सर्दी, खांसी और गले की खराश में राहत देता है।

(Mix two
teaspoons of honey with equal quantity of ginger juice. The mixture helps to
expectorate mucus and provide relief for common cold, coughs and sore throat.)
