पोहा का नाम का नाम सुनते ही हमारे दिमाग में चूरा का पोहा ही ध्यान में आता है। ब्रेड का पोहा ज्यादातर महाराष्ट्र के लोग के लोग पसंद करते हैं। यह खाने में बहुत स्वादिष्ट एवं शक्तिवर्धक होता है. आइए अब हम उसको बनाना सीखते हैं मात्रा : तीन से चार व्यक्तियों के लिए आवश्यक सामग्री : ब्रेड के बड़े स्लाइस 9 – 10 घी / रिफाइंड तीन चम्मच प्याज 2 मीडियम साइज शिमला मिर्च 1 मीडियम साइज छोटा टमाटर 1 छोटा हरी मिर्च 3 से 4 मैगी मसाला 2 चम्मच हल्दी 1 /2 छोटा चम्मच राई -1 छोटा चम्मच करी पत्ता 8 से 9 एक नींबू का रस नमक १ चम्मच (स्वादानुसार ) बनाने की विधि : सबसे पहले ब्रेड के स्लाइस को पानी का हल्का छींटा देकर नमी या मुलायम बना लेंगे अब उसको छोटे- छोटे टुकड़ों में तोड़ लेंगे। टमाटर ,प्याज ,शिमला मिर्च ,हरी मिर्च बारीक टुकड़ों में काट लेंगे। अब कढ़ाई …

बेसन का ढ़ोकला बहुत ही चटपटा और लजीज होता है और सबसे बड़ी बात ये बनाने में भी काफी आसान होता है ।इसमें ज्यादा तेल या मसाले के भी जरूरत नहीं होती है। इसलिए आप इसे परिवार के सभी सदस्यों को खिला सकते है। ढोकला को बनाने में हम सूजी बेसन रवा चावल का आटा से बना सकते हैं, इसे बनाने में अधिकतम 30 मिनट का समय लगता है। आइए अब हम इस में प्रयोग होने वाले सामग्री के बारे में बता जानते हैं। १–ढोकले के लिए सामग्री :(4 -5 व्यक्ति ) बेसन 200 ग्राम ग्राम सूजी 50 ग्राम ग्राम हल्दी एक छोटा चम्मच नमक एक छोटा चम्मच स्वादानुसार इनो के दो छोटे पैकेट लेमन फ्लेवर वाले भुना हुआ पिसा जीरा १/२ चम्मच २–ढोकले की चासनी के लिए सामग्री :(4 -5 व्यक्ति ) निम्बू -1 घी या तेल – 2 चम्मच राइ –१ चम्मच हरी मिर्च – 4 लम्बाई में कटे हुए …
